4 Days Tanzania Southern Safari : This 4 days Tanzania Safari takes you to explore Selous Game Reserve , Mikumi National Park and many more thrilling Destinations in Tanzania.

Day 1: Pick Up, Transfer to Selous Game Reserve

At roughly 05:30 on this day, you will be picked up from Dar es Salaam to begin your travels to the Selous Game Reserve. Once you arrive at the reserve, you will check into your lodging, eat lunch, and then, at around 15:30, embark on a boat safari on the Rufiji River.

• Dinner and overnight stay at Africa Safari Camp

Day 2: Game drives in Selous Game Reserve en route to Mikumi

The magnificent Selous Game Reserve’s wilderness will be enjoyed only on this day. On this day, you’ll leave early in the morning with a packed breakfast and lunch to embark on game drives that explore the reserve’s various sights.

 After passing through Morogoro town and Kisaki village, you will continue driving to Mikumi town. When you arrive in Mikumi, you will be welcomed and driven to your hotel, where you will spend the night and have dinner.

• Meal and accommodation at the Mikumi Park Cottages

 

Day 3: Full-day game drive in Mikumi National Park

On this day, you will be taken on dawn game drives beginning at 6:30 in the morning until approximately 8:30 in the morning, when you will have breakfast. From there, you will continue on game drives till the end of the whole day at around 16:30. Expect to encounter creatures including lions, buffalos, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, impalas, warthogs, elephants, and hippos, as well as more than 300 different bird species and other plant species, in Mikumi National Park.

• Dinner and an overnight stay at the Park Cottages.

Day 4: Sunrise game drive and transfer back to Dar es Salaam

This day’s early morning activities include a sunrise game drive from 06:00 to 08:00, followed by a return to the hotel for breakfast before beginning the journey back to Dar via Morogoro town. Your four days and three nights Mikumi National Park and the Selous Game Reserve Safari will come to an end when you are escorted to your residence or Airport in Dar es salaam.
