Activities in Tanzania can be carried out through the year and there are different locations for the activities during safaris in Tanzania and some of the things to do around Tanzania include the following;
1. Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro
Mount Kilimanjaro is a hiking destination which is located in the northern part of Tanzania and it is visited through the year. The mountain is at a height of 5,895 meters and it is a snow capped mountain.
There are different routes which are used for hiking on Mount Kilimanjaro and they include Machame route, Marangu route, Lemosho route, Umbwe route, Shira route and also the Rongai route.
Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro is carried out through the year and the best time for hiking is during the dry season from June to October when the weather is favorable for a hike on the mountain.
2. Taking part in a wildlife safari
A safari around Tanzania is not complete without a wildlife safari across the many national parks found around the country in the north, south, western and central parts of Tanzania.
