Detailed itinerary
Day 1; flight to Serengeti national park
You will fly to the Seronera airstrip on the 1st day of your safari and on arrival at the airstrip, you will be met by your guide who will welcome you and drive you to your lodge for check in and also for your lunch.
After lunch, you will explore the Seronera area as you search for wildlife species such as the big 5 like elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos and rhinos. You will also explore the vast savannah plains as you look out for wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, gazelles, giraffes, hippos, cheetahs among others. You will return to your lodge where you will have dinner and spend the night at Serengeti Serena lodge.
Day 2; morning and afternoon game drives
You will wake up for a full day of exploring Serengeti national park after breakfast at your lodge. You will engage in a morning game drive as you search for elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, zebras, waterbucks, hippos, giraffes, kudu, waterbucks, wildebeests among others as you drive around the national park.
After your morning game drive you will have lunch ahead of an afternoon game drive in Serengeti national park. You will have dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti Serena lodge.
Day 3; drive to Ngorongoro conservation area
After having breakfast at your lodge, you will be driven to the Ngorongoro crater where you will descend to the crater floor and search for the various wildlife species and also enjoy the beautiful views around Ngorongoro crater.
You will also enjoy seeing flamingos along the shores of Lake Magadi in the crater as well as different wildlife species such as elephants, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, hyenas, antelopes, impalas, lions, cheetahs, leopards among others during your game drive. After your game drive you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Lions paw camp.
Day 4; drive to Tarangire national park
You will also visit the Tarangire national park during your 5 days luxury Tanzania safari as you search for the various wildlife species of the national park. After checking in at your lodge for lunch, you will engage in an afternoon game drive around Tarangire national park.
You will search for various wildlife species in Tarangire national park like elephants, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, impalas, waterbucks, impalas, antelopes among others. You will also enjoy seeing the Tarangire river during your safari at the destination. After your game drive, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Baobab tented camp.
Day 5; departure
On the last day of your 5 days luxury Tanzania safari, you will have breakfast and check out of your lodge in Tarangire national park as you prepare for your drive to Arusha which will bring the Tanzania Wildlife safari to an end.
