2 Days Ngorongoro Wildlife safari is a safari experience to the famous Ngorongoro conservation area which is located in the northern part of Tanzania and is known for the Ngorongoro crater which is a major attraction at the destination where you will engage in a visit to Olduvai gorge and also have a game viewing experience before returning to Arusha as seen in the itinerary below;

Detailed itinerary
Day 1; pick up and visit to Ol duvai gorge
Your guide will pick you up from the airport and brief you about your safari to Ngorongoro conservation area. After briefing, you will be driven to Ol duvai gorge which is an archaeological site where Dr Louis and Mary Leakey discovered evidence of early man dating to many years back like fossils and stone tools. The Ol duvai gorge is located in the Great Rift Valley.
Your guide will drive you back to your lodge at the end of your 1st day after your experience at the Ol duvai gorge and you will have your dinner and overnight at Hhando coffee lodge.
Day 2: Crater tour and drive to Arusha
After having breakfast at your lodge, you will descend into the crater to enjoy wildlife viewing experiences. You will also see different wildlife species in Ngorongoro crater such as elephants, giraffes, hippos, buffalos, zebras, wildebeests, black rhinos, cheetahs, hyenas, lions, jackals among others.
You will also visit Lake Magadi which is found in the Ngorongoro crater and you will enjoy seeing various bird species along the shores of the lake such as flamingos creating a beautiful spectacle along the shores of the lake. Many other bird species can also be seen along the shores of this lake. After your visit to Lake Magadi, your guide will drive you to Arusha where you will have your lunch and later be dropped off at a location of your preference marking the end of your safari.
