12 Days Tanzania Safari Tour : In this safari we will enjoy visiting and exploring the key national parks of Tanzania, including Arusha, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti National Park, Maasai Village, and Olduvai Gorge. Wildlife viewing, nature hikes, touring the Masai villages, and witnessing the great annual migration are some of the main activities will be enjoyed in this 12 days Tanzania Safari itinerary.  

The vacation begins and ends in Arusha, Tanzania, and it also includes a visit to the Serengeti National Park, a vast wilderness of more than 14,500 square kilometers where each day delivers a fresh adventure and a different landscape. The same safari will take you to Tanzania’s Ngorongoro crater and Ngorongoro conservation area, which has one of Africa’s largest concentrations of game and a significant population of carnivores and predators. You can see the wonderful African wildlife species in these parks. You will have the opportunity to see several birds and aquatic animals at Lake Manyara, which is also included in the safari. Many animals, such as elephants, lions, zebras, antelopes, birds, and many more, will be present for you to see.

DETAILS ITINERARY

DAY 1: ARRIVAL

Your safari guide will meet you at the Kilimanjaro International airport and drive you to your hotel in Arusha so you can rest after your trip. Settle into your lodging, unwind, and become accustomed to the African environment. Due to the likelihood that you will arrive late at night, this hotel stay includes bed and breakfast so that you can begin your safari properly in the morning. Throughout your safari, the other hotels will offer full board.

DAYS 2 & 3 – TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

You will go to Tarangire National Park this morning, which will take about 3 to 4 hours. There is an exceptionally large number of elephants in Tarangire. The park’s majestic baobab trees are a unique feature. Since the Tarangire River is the only source of steady water in the region, animals congregate there. There is a wide variety of species there, including up to 6,000 elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Enjoy your afternoon game drive up to evening on the first day of your arrival at Tarangire and full day game drive on the second day.

DAY 4 – LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK & NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

After breakfast this morning, you will drive to Lake Manyara National Park for about an hour. One of Tanzania’s “secret treasures,” Manyara, is where you should spend the afternoon going on a game drive. This park is renowned for its herds of elephants that approach vehicles head-on and its tree-climbing lions.

DAY 5 – NGORONGORO CRATER

On the 5th day of your 12 Days Tanzania Safari Tour, you will enter this amazing crater’s interior today. Stay on the crater floor all day. As almost all of the wildlife in Ngorongoro Crater resides within the crater walls, you can find it quite quickly. Regular sightings of lion prides, cheetahs, and rhinos are also possible. Lunch can be had beside the hippo pond.

DAYS 6 AND 7: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

On the 6th day of your 12 Days Tanzania Safari Tour, Start your trip from Ngorongoro to the Serengeti, which will take you about four hours. On the route, you can stop at Olduvai Gorge. One of the most incredible archeological sites in the entire world is this one. During the migration, millions of wildebeest call the Serengeti home, and over the vast, open plains, you can probably spot lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, and many other tiny predators. The ideal places to see wildlife for the season will be selected by your guide. Spend some time at the hippo pool admiring these massive animals relaxing in the cool water next to the crocodiles, watching a lion stalk its victim, or being astounded by the size of the huge wildebeest migration. Go from broad, open grasslands to the kopjes, volcanic rocky outcrops that offer a wide range of animal’s safety and shelter. You will get the best game viewing possible thanks to this varied and fascinating setting.

See Stone Town’s history and architecture, go snorkeling or scuba diving, kite-surf, swim with dolphins, go on a spice tour, go dhow sailing, or just relax on the beach.
